Company Formations
If you need to operate as a Limited Company then formation can be made easy for you.
Whether you require a company “off the shelf” or one which carries a specific name we can act promptly and efficiently to provide a new company for you within two working weeks of receiving your instructions.
All we require is details of the directors and their addresses and dates of birth, together with the address of the registered office and proposed shareholdings. We can advise you in respect of any of these decisions if you wish.
We will then proceed with the registration of your company for a fixed fee of £300 + VAT and we will provide you, when complete, with the Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association and up-to-date statutory books, which are required by Companies House.
If you are a new client we will also require specific identity details (i.e. copy of your passport or driving licence together with two recent utility bills).
